Until these applications are approved, Deepan India Innovations Private Limited does not hold live registration as a Research Analyst or as an algo provider empanelled with any exchange, and does not offer live order execution through Right Astra.

The whitebox declaration

Submitted identically to every exchange in our empanelment applications, summarised here for users.

Right Astra is offered on a whitebox basis only. Its strategy builder lets the end user view, configure and control the underlying strategy logic in full — entry and exit conditions, indicators, parameters, position sizing and risk settings are all defined and visible to the user who creates the strategy. No element of strategy logic is concealed from the user who deploys it.

We do not offer blackbox strategies. The Company does not offer, and does not presently propose to offer, any blackbox strategy — a ready-made strategy whose underlying logic is not disclosed to the end user. That is the category of activity that requires registration as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014; should the Company ever propose to offer a blackbox strategy, it will inform the relevant exchange in advance and comply with every requirement that then applies.

Algorithmic trading, and trading in derivatives (F&O) and commodities in particular, involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose, after understanding the risks involved.

No content on this website — including product descriptions, roadmap pages and founder background — constitutes investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, strategy or financial product.
